Copalli rum is made from just three ingredients: freshly squeezed sugarcane juice, organic sugarcane grown sustainably at the Copal Tree Farm, rainwater from our semi-tropical climate and yeast. No molasses. No added sugar. A clean, fresh rum that captures the spirit of the rainforest.

We only use three ingredients to make Copalli Barrel Rested rum: freshly squeezed juice from locally grown organic sugar cane, along with yeast and rainwater. Our Copal Tree Distillery is designed to be zero waste and we pride ourselves on making rum with no added flavorings, colorings or additives. The sugar cane juice is distilled in our column and pot stills, and the rum is then rested in used American oak bourbon barrels that mature in the unique rainforest climate, to create a rich, sweet tasting rum. delicious served neat, on ice, and in cocktails.
