We only use three ingredients to make Copalli Premium White Rum: freshly squeezed juice from locally grown organic sugar cane, along with yeast and rainwater. Our Copal Tree Distillery is designed to be zero waste and we pride ourselves on making rum with no added flavorings, colorings or additives. Sugarcane juice is distilled in our column and pot stills and blended to create a unique premium white rum that is delicious served neat, over ice or in cocktails.
