The gins are distinguished not only by their varied aromatic profiles, but also by their method of production, their origin and their composition. Among the types of gin, Dry Gin is the most widespread worldwide. As its name suggests, it is unsweetened and uses only natural ingredients, excluding any artificial flavors. It is characterized by a minimum alcohol content of 37.5%, a low sugar content (max. 0.1 g to 0.5 g per litre), and double or single distillation of herbs and flowers.

In our Berlin Dry Gin, many locally harvested flowers and botanicals are meticulously selected and carefully distilled after prolonged maceration. Our partner in Kaulsdorf, Berlin, marries the final distillates with a premium base spirit from our Premium Korn, an exceptional German wheat. Each edition, made in small batches of 9,999 bottles, is hand numbered and carefully sealed, a sign of our commitment to excellence.
