NORDÉS is a gin made through a slow and meticulous process. A careful selection of the best neutral spirits, together with the use of the Galician white grape variety Albariño, constitute the essential basis of our gin, making the Nordés incomparably fresh and sweet in taste.PRODUCTION

Distilled from white Albariño grapes from Galicia, enriched with eleven natural botanicals.

These include six plants found growing wild in Galicia - sage, lemon verbena, bay leaf, peppermint, eucalyptus and glasswort, a type of seaweed - which give the product its taste. particularly surprisingly fresh and aromatic. It also includes juniper, cardamom, ginger, hibiscus and Ceylon black tea.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Transparent.

Nose: Aromatic gin, it presents delicate notes of white fruits in harmony with resinous notes of mint, eucalyptus and bay leaf, accompanied by a subtle hint of juniper.

Palate: Fresh and fruity, with base notes of juniper and bay leaf.

SERVICE SUGGESTIONS

Pour 5 cl of Nordés into a tall glass filled with ice cubes, add 20 cl of tonic water - preferably neutral - and garnish with a cocktail skewer strung with white grapes.

An original but simple presentation that brings out the fruity aromas of the gin and makes it a perfect gin and tonic to enjoy in good company.
