Gin Sharish Magic 50cl 40°

Part of a basic distillation of fresh strawberries and raspberries. A group of plants is distilled together and the rest separately, then forming a mixture between them. The intense blue color is due to the infusion after assembly of the flower of Clitoria Ternatea, a variety of tropical pea whose flower is a powerful dye and very rich in antioxidants. This flower gives the magic character to Sharish Blue Magic gin because when it is served in Gin and tonic, the blue color changes to lilac/pink thanks to the citric acid which reacts naturally on contact with the flower.
