P31 Aperitivo Green contains the richness of 31 natural ingredients, capturing the very essence of the creation in honor of the famous "Caffè Pedrocchi" of Padua. This innovative recipe was shaped through a painstaking research process spanning over two years, guided by an exceptional technical team that helped forge its ultimate formula. A jealously guarded secret recipe, which brings into play the magic of 31 ingredients, all drawn from nature, including a selection of more than 20 first-rate medicinal and aromatic herbs. These include wormwood, chamomile, vanilla, cloves and ginger, to name a few.

These high-quality, surprisingly mint-free ingredients undergo an extended maceration process before being expertly married with alcohol.

The enveloping sweetness of chamomile, lime blossom, sweet orange and vanilla, combined with the spicy notes of clove, ginger and cinnamon, as well as the subtle freshness of coriander, marjoram and absinthe, merge harmoniously with the pronounced flavor of rhubarb, tamarind and gentian, creating a unique taste symphony in the brand new P31 Aperitivo Green.

P31, the first Italian green aperitif, originates in the heart of the Republic of Venice. The number 31 symbolizes both the number of natural ingredients that make up this secret recipe and the year in which the Paduan coffee was inaugurated in the 19th century, i.e. 1831.
