When creating an AH Riise rum, we use rum from several barrels, all of different ages and origins. However, not all barrels are emptied to the last drop.
There is often a little left in the barrel. A small amount of amazing rum. It is these premium barrels that we use to create the perfect Signature blend.
Each edition of AH RiiseSIGNATURE is produced in very small batches, less than 2,000 bottles. Each barrel is numbered as well as each bottle; the number of bottles varies from batch to batch, because we never know how many bottles we can fill for each batch.
It all depends on how much high quality rum we have. AH Riise Signature is simply a unique piece of art, a true masterpiece.
