An Arranged Rum Passion Pineapple, an exciting creation!

The preparation of our new Arrangé Passion Pineapple Rum recipe for our Les Arrangés du Rhum range required a period of meticulous preparation and development.

The first ingredient in this maceration is passion fruit, also known as granadilla (Passiflora edulis). Originally from Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil (you heard right, it's Breiz'île?), this fruit is harvested for its seeds and its juice, which are carefully integrated into the maceration in precise quantities. It should be noted that this fruit, in addition to its exceptional flavor, gives a powerful taste imprint to the Arranged Rum.

The second ingredient in this recipe is pineapple, one of the most emblematic and commonly used fruits in the preparation of homemade West Indian arranged rums.

Slightly tangy, the pineapple brings a dynamic freshness to this Arranged Rum. By adding a touch of cane sugar, we thus obtain a Pineapple Passion Arranged Rum (or even Pineapple Passion Fruit, whatever), which will delight your taste buds!

This Arranged Rum was honored with a Silver Medal at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris in 2016, a recognition of its exceptional quality.
