Rum William Hinton 6y Spanish Sherry Cask 70cl 42°

William Hinton Single Cask Spanish (Sherry) Wine is a 6 year old rum, carefully aged in French oak barrels. It was blended with a 25 year old rum, certainly one of the last rums produced in the old Hinton Mill factory. The latter was also subjected to a new aging process in barrels for 3 years. Finally, the product resulting from this unique combination of rums of different ages was subjected to a final stage lasting 9 months; the finish in barrels of Spanish Sherry wines.
