ALCOHOL CATEGORY: Dark rum resulting from blending.

DISTILLATION PROCESS: Distilled in Martinique with a first distillation at 67°, followed by aging at 50°.

MATURATION PLACE: In Belgium, in old Bourbon casks. The heating process is moderate.

DURATION: An average of 2 years of maturation (assembly of different ages).
