ALCOHOL CATEGORY: Dark rum resulting from blending.

DISTILLATION PROCESS: Carried out on Reunion Island with a first distillation at 80°, followed by aging at 50°.

MATURATION PLACE: In Belgium, in old Bourbon casks. The heating process is intense.

DURATION: An average of 3 years of maturation (assembly of different ages).
